Booking a session

Important: Our minimum reservation is for 3 hours but you can book any duration after that (4, 5, 6, whatever you need)

Check below on the calendar to see if the spot you would like is available.
Then after you have a time in mind follow the steps below.

1. Contact us through one of the following

2. When we respond you will need to provide us an email address for sending the reservation invoice, a full payment is required and no spots will be guaranteed for more than 12 hours without payment.

Reservation Policy

All reservations require a complete payment to guarantee their time slot will be held. 100% payment is required.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your reservations will be refunded minus processing fees. Any cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before your reservation can be rescheduled but will not be refunded! Your rescheduled shoot credit must be used within 1 month of the original reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of your original reservation will not be refunded and may be rescheduled per a decision by ATX Photo & Video Studio management. Anyone not showing up for their reservation, and no contact made before the reservation slot will receive no refund and no reschedule.

Please be on time for your reservation. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please contact the studio!
